Aircraft on stand for a delivery walkaround

01 — Acquisition

Pre-purchase & delivery inspections

Know what you are buying, or what you are accepting, before you sign for it. Before capital is committed, or an aircraft is accepted onto your books, somebody independent should stand in front of it and check that what is being handed over is what was described.

  • Physical inspection of airframe, engines and cabin
  • Delivery and acceptance walkarounds, acting for the buyer
  • Findings reported plainly, with photographs, before you commit

02 — In service

Maintenance & lease oversight

Your engineer in the room while the work is done, and your eyes on the aircraft between checks. Through the life of the lease we keep watch on how the aircraft is maintained, attend the checks that matter, and flag what would become expensive if it were left until the end.

  • Attendance at heavy checks and shop visits
  • Periodic lease inspections with owner-focused reporting
  • Early warning on findings that affect redelivery
Technical records under review

03 — Records

Records review & compliance

An aircraft is worth what its records can prove. We work through the full set, back to birth, against both the regulations and the conditions written into your lease — because a gap in the paperwork becomes a number at redelivery.

  • Full back-to-birth records review
  • Compliance checked against regulation and lease conditions
  • Gaps identified early, while they can still be closed

04 — Transition

Transitions & conversions

The handover is where value quietly disappears. We manage the transition and the redelivery from the owner's side, from the return conditions through to the final walk — including freighter conversion programmes overseen on the owner's behalf.

  • Redelivery and lease-return management
  • Return-condition negotiation from the owner's side
  • Conversion and transition programme oversight

Outside the sequence

One-off technical assignments

Owners and financiers regularly need something technical done in Vietnam that does not belong to a standard scope. We take these on individually, at any size, scoped and quoted in writing before anything starts — and we will say early if an assignment sits outside what we can do properly.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the aircraft and the situation. If it is work we should be doing we will tell you how we would approach it — and if it is not, we will say that too.
